Today’s residential electricity rates in the Dallas area remain virtually unchanged over the last few weeks.  Prices include the month-to-month contract for 8.3 cents; the 3-month contract for 8.9 cents; the 6-month contract for 9.4 cents; the 12-month contract for 9.3 cents; the 24-month contract for 9.9 cents; and the 5-year contract for 12.5 cents.  Several of our suppliers continue to offer specials with a signed contract.  Offers include free companion airfare, bill credits, and American Airlines miles.  Green and renewable energy options also are available through many of our suppliers.

Residential electricity rates in Houston have dropped slightly over the past few weeks.  Today’s electricity prices include a month-to-month contract for 8.7 cents; a 6-month contract for 10.2 cents; a 12-month contract for 10.2 cents; a 24-month contract for 11.2 cents; and a 60-month contract for 12.5 cents.  Several of our suppliers are offering specials with signed contracts including bill credits. gift cards, free companion airfare, and Continental One Pass Miles.  There are Green Energy options available as well.

Before the heat of the summer, it is a good time to evaluate your current electricity contract.  If you currently do not have a contract for your electricity, start shopping and comparing prices and electric providers.  We are seeing lower prices right now, but that will typically change once the summer heat kicks in.

Residential electricity rates in the Houston area have remained virtually unchanged for the last several weeks.  The month-to-month contract is 9.2 cents; a 3-month contract is 10.3 cents; a 6-month contract is 10.6 cents; a 12-month contract is 11.1 cents; a 18-month contract is 11.6 cents; a 24-month contract is 12.3 cents; and a 60-month contract is 13.5 cents.  Several of our suppliers offer 100% renewable green energy as an option.  Some of our suppliers continue to offer specials with signed contracts including Continental OnePass miles, bill credits, and gift certificates.

Electricity rates throughout the state of Texas have remained fairly constant over the last month, and Corpus Christi is no exception.  Today’s rates range from 9.1 cents for a month-to-month contract; a 3-month contract is 10.7 cents; a 6-month contract is 11 cents; a 12-month contract is 11.5 cents; an 18-month contract 11.9 cents; a 24-month contract is 12.2 cents; and, a 5-year contract is 13.5 cents.  Several suppliers continue to offer specials with a signed contract.
